Which cashew is normal

The most commonly consumed type of cashew nut is the "Whole Cashew" or "Whole Cashew Kernel." It is often referred to simply as "Cashew." These are the intact cashew nuts with their outer shells removed, leaving only the edible kernel inside.

When you buy cashew nuts from stores or see them used in recipes, it's usually the whole cashew kernels that are being referred to as the "normal" or standard type. They are widely used in cooking, baking, snacking, and as a popular ingredient in various dishes around the world.
